English-language Lecteur/Lectrice position available
Academic year 2026-2027
– The post involves teaching engineering students at the INSA Hauts-de-France which is part of the Université Polytechnique des Hauts-de-France. – 200 hours class time per year as a minimum ( plus paid overtime ) – Gross salary: €1819 per month
– We are looking for an English native speaker:
–
– who has completed a 4-year university course
– who will work closely with permanent teaching staff – who is able to draw up lesson plans independently and grade students – who is dynamic, organised, creative and motivated
– who is comfortable with working paid overtime
– Previous teaching experience essential, preferably to higher education students
– Contract starts 1st September 2026 and ends on 31st August 2027. Possibility of renewing contract for one year. – Classes run from September – June
The lecteur/lectrice will:
– Teach professional business English to full-time engineering students ( Bac + 1 to Bac + 5) – Prepare students for the TOEIC certification
Please note that if you have already occupied a lecteur/lectrice position in France, you are not eligible to apply for this position.
